Their front desk was very accommodating. They gave us a nice clean room and at a great rate. The place is also pet friendly. The beds were comfy and the rooms were nice. Have read previous reviews and found no validation to negative experiences.

First, don’t trust Apple Maps to get you here. They have the address wrong and will take you to a railroad crossing. Which brings us to the access issue. The motel is located at the junction os US 77 & 59. The only convenient way in is from to be coming up 59 from Texarkana, turn right towards the CVS Pharmacy then bear left past the church. Or take the connector to 77 West. The entrance to the parking lot is right off the connector, but even that can be a problem if there is fast traffic behind you (and there probably will be). If you are on 77, the way in is to cut across the 59 connector; again, traffic will be an issue. Getting out has similar problems, especially if you are turning left on 77 towards downtown Atlanta. That is the major issue with the place. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, plumbing is good. WiFi is spotty at best. Often not available and weak when it is. Bring your own shampoo. That doesn’t seem to be among the amenities provided (possibly a decision made at corporate level). Service was not good. I was traveling with my pet and used the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the first day I left her in the room. Unfortunately, they didn’t clean the room or change the towels on the day I took her with me. They got it right the second time.

I stopped here because I was just to darn tired to drive anymore. It was a good choice, the lady at the front counter was very nice, the rates were great, the room was spacious, and clean.they don't serve any breakfast, they have hot coffee, enough for me...plus you don't pay for It! Great place.

We checked into our room and found Sherri's berries from what I can only assume was Valentine's day in the mini fridge. My husband went to the front desk to ask for change for the drink machine and was told the lady didn't have any. When he asked how she made change for customers checking in he was very rudely told "if I no have, I no have!" This morning we have been awakened at 5am to slamming car doors and people yelling in the parking lot. They are pet friendly depending on what kind of pet you have. The sign out front indicates it use to be American owned, I wish it still was.

First of all we checked in the keys didn't work. So we had to move to another room. The rooms smelled and the owner was very rude. We asked for towels and the lady said we don't have any towels when our room was right next to storage room so we can see the towels. Continental breakfast was juice and honey buns. The service is horrible here I would not recommend anyone to stay here. This hotel gets a thumbs down.
